Jessica is the founder and Principal Advisor of Giero Consulting CPA Professional Corporation. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant based in Ontario, Canada. Prior to establishing Giero Consulting, Jessica spent a combined 13 year career at Deloitte LLP, Loblaw Companies, and as a franchise owner, in the fields of external audit, internal audit, risk management, tax preparation, payroll services, business operations, and external financial reporting. Since 2021, Jessica has been solely focused on sustainability strategy, reporting and disclosures. In 2024, Jessica established Giero Consulting CPA Professional Corporation with the vision of educating clients on how sustainability-related risks and opportunities can be a meaningful component of enterprise value. While looking for a local organization to support within her corporation, Jessica came across Tiny Tiny Homes and she was deeply touched by the hands-on, solution-oriented work they are doing to address homelessness. She is honoured to be involved as the organization’s Treasurer, taking the lead on internal controls, financial reporting and budgeting, and tax preparation.
